Finding network marketing recruits does not have to be difficult. There are several different methods you can use to find good quality recruits in your hometown.

1. Newspaper/Magazine Ad

You can post a simple classified ad your local newspaper. This is a great option for people and can garner several quality recruits a month. This method is not for everybody; however, it is highly recommended for anybody that has a steady advertising budget.

2. Flyer

You can create a simple flyer that has all your business contact information on it. This is a great way to get your information in the public. You can post flyers around your town in locations that have bulletin boards. For example, the library or coffee shop are great places to start. You should get in a routine of following up at each site to make sure your flyer is still visible and in good condition. Oftentimes, your flyer might get buried behind others or removed by your competition.

3. Business Cards

Since network marketing is a business, it is always a good idea to have business cards. You never know when you might meet a potential recruit and should always be ready with your business cards. This helps you look professional and people are more likely to trust you and your opportunity.

4. Job Fairs

You should consider setting up a booth at a job fair to help spread the word about you and your opportunity. Job fairs are a great place to hand out information and explain more about your company

If you want to become the most popular booth at a job fair there are two critical items you must have. Free food and giveaway items. If you have great food and something to give away, then you will be the most visited booth the job fair. For your giveaway item you can create a simple "recruiting bag" that will serve multiple purposes.

Your "recruiting bag" should include the following:

1. Copy of your highest commission check
2. Your network marketing company brochure
3. Sample products
5. A miniature $100000 or Payday candy bar
6. Your business card.

This little bag can have a major impact on your potential recruits because it not only looks professional but also makes them feel comfortable about your business.

You can be as creative as you like when it comes to finding potential recruits. Your goal is not to sell people on joining your opportunity. Your mission is to give them all the information they need to make an informed decision on their own.
